Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of MarketSignal Jobs, MarketSignal Intelligence and this website (the “Service”), provided by Priyanshu, an individual developer based in India (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information.
2. The Service
- MarketSignal Jobs shows job listings collected from public company job boards, generates resume PDFs from information you provide, and keeps a private application tracker. We do not submit applications, are not an employment agency or recruiter, and do not guarantee interviews or jobs. Listings come from third parties and may be outdated or inaccurate; always check the employer's page.
- MarketSignal Intelligence provides information collected from public sources (company websites, job boards, SEC filings). It is for general information only, may be incomplete or delayed, and is not legal, financial or investment advice.
You use the Service through ChatGPT, which is provided by OpenAI under its own terms. AI-generated text (for example draft answers or summaries) is produced by ChatGPT; review it before relying on it.
3. Your content
You own the information you provide, such as your resume details. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for its accuracy and for having the right to share it. Do not include other people's personal data without their permission.
4. Acceptable use
Do not: misuse or attempt to break the Service's security; access other users' data; scrape, overload or resell the Service; use it to send spam or for unlawful, deceptive or discriminatory purposes; or submit false or misleading information to employers through materials you create with the Service.
5. Fees
The Service is currently free. We may introduce paid features in the future with notice; you will not be charged without agreeing first.
6. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service. We aim for reliable operation but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or harm the Service or others.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to INR 1,000. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
12. Changes to these terms
We will update the effective date when these terms change and notify users of material changes. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
